Born in Canterbury in 1979 I Graduated in Fine Arts from the Kent Institute of Art and Design, later studying photography in Nottingham.
From my early childhood I have always been interested in Painting and now work as a full time artist based in Kent. My use of colour, mark making, textures and dynamic compositions creates my personal signature. The vibrant interpretations of semi-abstract Harbour reflections and cityscapes reflect my passion for colour. I also enjoy mixed media, experimenting with various materials such as photos, fabric, handmade paper as well as paint to create a heavily textured painting.
I have travelled extensively all around the world and these experiences have hugely inspired my series of Cityscapes and Abstracts. I recently spent time in Morocco and it is set to be the subject of a whole new series of work.
I have sold my work through various galleries in the UK as well as in Ireland, Majorca, Scotland and Norway. I have also undertaken a wide variety of commissions.
